Years ago, I stood in front of my students at a high school in Abha, teaching them the fundamentals of computer science and dreaming with them about a future full of opportunities. I never imagined that my journey would take me from the classroom to the research labs of the world's largest cancer research institution, where I now work at one of the only biomedical research National Laboratory in the United States 🏥🧬.
Throughout this journey, my passion for teaching never faded. While pursuing my PhD, I had the privilege of teaching students in the U.S. for nearly five years 🎓👨🏫. This experience reinforced my belief that sharing knowledge is just as valuable as discovering it.
In my research career, I have worked on integrating artificial intelligence and natural language processing into biomedical research 🤖📊. This has significantly reduced years of tedious work for many researchers, enabling them to analyze biomedical and medical data with unprecedented speed and accuracy.
In a special documentary by Saudi National TV 📺, I had the honor of sharing my story—from being a passionate teacher to becoming a researcher in technology and biomedical sciences. I discussed the challenges I faced, the opportunities that made a difference, and how knowledge and perseverance can open doors we never imagined 🚀💡.
This journey was not just a career transition; it was a transformational shift in my perspective on science and the impact we can create 🌍✨.
